When do you feel your racial identity most strongly, and when does it recede into the background?\n2. How central or peripheral does race feel in your sense of self?\n3. How does context influence your experience of race?\nRace in the Clinical Relationship\n1. How do you imagine patients experience you racially?\n2. When does race feel foregrounded or backgrounded in your clinical work?\n3. How do you sense that race may be shaping the interaction, even when unspoken?\nComplexity, Ambivalence & Race Work\n1. Can race feel simultaneously relevant and irrelevant in the same encounter?\n2. What contradictions or tensions do you notice in your own experience of race?\n3.
